Tom.

I am a fully qualified and practicing Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Meridian Energy Therapist and Holistic Practitioner. My work includes the use of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy,  Remission Target Therapy; Vibrant Dynamic Healing, Meridian Energy Therapy; Aromatherapy, Cognitive Therapy, NLP, Regression Therapy and Stress Management.   For the last 20 years I have helped people to recover from the affects of stress related disorders and to rapidly regain acceptable qualities of health and happiness.

Conditions I Successfully Treat

Conditions that are successfully treated include:  anxiety;  depression; panics; nervousness; insomnia; PMT; PTSD; addictions of all kinds including alcohol, smoking, also soft and hard drugs;  lack of confidence; low  energy; weight loss; public speaking; studying and passing exams; phobias  of all kinds; pain relief; improving memory. Etc.

Courses

I offer Seminars; Workshops and lectures specially structured to suite the needs of all groups of people from all walks of life. Courses include Stress Management; Self Hypnosis training; Personal Development; Healing; Relaxation; Meditation;  Nutrition and Rejuvenation, Past Life Regression; and of course FREEWAY-CER MET’s  These courses can be adapted to suite the needs of any group and in most areas of the British Isles.

Bev

I am Tom’s partner and hold Advanced Diplomas in Holistic therapies. 

I am also a Reflexologist and offer treatments to help people gain relief from stress related disorders and problems.

I also offer Indian Head and Neck Massage Treatments designed to relief both physical and mental problems related to overloads of Stress. 

Together with Tom we have written   a trilogy of booklets on self help under the titles:  ‘Little Enlightenments’  ‘More  Enlightenments’; ‘Last Enlightenments’ .

Tom & I have been interviewed on to National TV and BBC Radio programmes to discuss all aspects of alternative therapy and medicine.
